Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Head of Research France, you will contribute to the collection, verification and analysis of market data within Cushman & Wakefield’s Research department. You will participate in projects covering all real estate asset classes managed by the department (office, retail, logistics, residential, hospitality, investment, etc.) and support the research team in the production of market analyses, indicators and publications.

The Research department at Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a:

Alternant Office Research Analyst (M/F)

Neuilly-sur-Seine (92)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Research France, you will contribute to the various activities of the Research department by supporting the collection, validation and analysis of real estate market data. You will assist the research team in producing content and analyses across different real estate asset classes.

You will be required to carry out the following activities:

  • Participating in the collection, verification and updating of market data within internal tools
  • Contributing to the monitoring of key indicators across various real estate markets
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly reports and market studies
  • Supporting the drafting of thematic reports for internal and international clients
  • Participating in the preparation of the annual Outlook report
  • Supporting research analysts in data analysis, benchmarking, chart creation and presentations
  • Contributing to cross-asset analyses covering different real estate sectors
  • Participating in the use and exploration of innovative tools, particularly artificial intelligence solutions, to support the department’s activities

Profile

You are organised, responsive and have good interpersonal skills.

You are rigorous, methodical and concise, comfortable working with figures and have strong writing skills.

You are reliable, curious and demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data processing.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

You have a good command of English.

An interest in artificial intelligence tools and data analytics would be appreciated.

Type of contract: 12 or 24-month work-study programme
