Job Description Summary
The National Head of Leasing is responsible for driving the organization’s long-term success by leading strategic planning, managing profitability, and optimizing resources to achieve growth and mitigate business risks. This role oversees all leasing operations, team leadership, client engagement, and market positioning, ensuring high-quality landlord and tenant advisory services and sustained market leadership, to achieve revenue and performance targets.
Job Description
Strategic Leadership & Business Planning:
Develop and execute leasing strategy aligned with company objectives.
Formulate annual business plans and budgets, including revenue, profit, and cost control targets.
Monitor performance metrics and financial results, market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions, reporting regularly to Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) Group management.
Take full ownership of leasing operations, including department's profit and loss responsibility.
Achieve service line and individual KPIs, annual revenue targets, and performance goals set in the Workday system.
Allocate resources effectively to support growth, diversification, and achievement of KPIs.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services and after-service capabilities.
Monitor financial performance and report regularly to senior management.

Leasing Business Development:
In addition to Vietnam, you will also drive business development initiatives and facilitate client and project introductions across APAC markets.
Client Advisory:
Lead landlord representation services to maximize asset performance.
Provide strategic advice to landlords to enhance asset awareness, leasing activity, occupancy rates, and investment returns.
Help tenants align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with real estate requirements (acquisition, renewal, relocation, consolidation).
Guide clients through site discovery, selection, and lease negotiations to secure favorable terms.
Advise on cost reduction strategies, risk mitigation, cost optimization strategies, and transaction structures for maximum value and flexibility.
Deliver standardized financial analyses for accurate budgeting and occupancy cost comparisons.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and motivate team members to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional service.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the department.
Foster collaboration with other C&W service lines nationally, regionally, and globally to leverage synergies and best practices.
Market Development & Client Engagement
Strengthen market position through strategic branding, marketing, and client engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, developers, multinational corporations, and investors
Create competitive dynamics in the marketplace to secure advantageous terms for clients.
Continuously build industry knowledge and monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Undertake ad-hoc projects as required by the company.
About You:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. Open to consider international candidates who are keen to be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within multinational corporations (MNCs).
Proven capability in leading agency teams through direct line management experience.
Demonstrated expertise in talent management and team development.
Established track record of successfully handling large-scale transactions with MNC clients.
Outstanding skills in negotiation, clear communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team leadership, and full P&L accountability.
Proficient in designing tenancy strategies and driving market expansion initiatives.
Specialized in delivering landlord and tenant advisory solutions tailored to client needs.
Exceptional ability to manage complex projects from planning through execution.
