Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, engineering, life safety, and vendor management.
Manage budgets, forecasts, contracts, and operational reporting.
Oversee service providers and ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
Lead, coach, and develop the facilities team, driving performance and operational excellence.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings, and service innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of facilities management experience, including leadership responsibility.
Strong experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and building operations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities/work order management systems.
Professional certifications such as CFM, IFMA, or BOMA are an advantage.
