Responsible for the coordination of projects, including small tenant improvements, assignments, capital improvements and building or site repairs for properties; may provide project management support to Project Managers or Directors for designated projects.

Supervise and coordinate all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
Monitor daily site activities, ensuring work progress aligns with project schedules and quality requirements.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to guide construction teams.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on structural and architectural elements to ensure compliance
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical and operational issues.
