• Perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems. • Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. • Supervise junior technicians and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. • Maintain service records, inspection logs, and preventive maintenance schedules. • Coordinate with facility teams and vendors for specialized repairs and upgrades. • ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical field. • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in technical maintenance roles. • Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with building systems. • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and operate diagnostic tools. • Certification in safety compliance or specialized technical areas preferred.
