Job Description Summary

Lead the overall management and operational performance of a retail property within one of the Bodetabek area, ensuring excellent day-to-day operations, tenant and customer experience, asset performance, and service delivery. This role will oversee multidisciplinary property teams and service partners while maintaining strong relationships with the client, tenants, vendors, and other key stakeholders. As the on-site Property Management representative, you will combine strong operational leadership with commercial awareness to drive property performance, maintain high building and service standards, and continuously enhance the overall retail environment.

About the Role:

  • Manage the overall day-to-day management and operations of a retail property, overseeing building operations, engineering and maintenance, security, housekeeping, parking, customer services, and other property management functions to ensure consistently high operational standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, retailers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders, acting as a key escalation point for operational and tenant matters while ensuring issues are resolved effectively and service expectations are consistently maintained.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary property management teams and service providers, establishing clear performance expectations, monitoring service quality, and developing a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused operating culture.
  • Oversee property budgets, operating expenditure, vendor contracts, procurement, operational reporting, compliance, and performance initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and overall asset performance.
  • Conduct regular property and operational reviews, proactively identifying building, safety, service, tenant, and operational risks, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe, attractive, and high-performing retail environment.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in property or building management, preferably within shopping malls, retail properties, mixed-use developments, or other large-scale customer-facing commercial assets, with previous responsibility for property operations and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail property operations, including Facilities Management, engineering and maintenance, tenant relations, security, housekeeping, vendors, customer experience, operational compliance, and service delivery.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial capabilities, with the confidence to engage clients, tenants, senior stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams while managing budgets, contracts, service performance, and complex operational issues.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded, with strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting capabilities and the ability to lead a fast-paced property operation while continuously improving service and asset performance.
