Job Description Summary

Start your career in Property Management with hands-on exposure across building operations, tenant relations, facilities and engineering coordination, project and property setup, and day-to-day property management activities. This entry-level role is designed to provide broad exposure to the operational and commercial aspects of managing professional real estate assets. You will support a variety of assignments across our managed portfolio and upcoming projects, with responsibilities evolving based on business and project requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresh graduate looking to build a well-rounded foundation and develop toward future responsibilities in property and building management.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Support Property and Building Management teams across a variety of operational requirements, including day-to-day building operations, tenant relations, facilities coordination, administration, reporting, and other property management activities.
  • Participate in property inspections and operational reviews, supporting the monitoring of building conditions, engineering and maintenance activities, safety and service standards, and following up on identified issues with relevant teams and service providers.
  • Assist with tenant and stakeholder coordination, responding to operational requests, supporting tenant communications and activities, and working with vendors, contractors, building teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Support new property mobilizations and pre-setup projects, which may include site assessments, documentation, vendor and contractor coordination, operational readiness, engineering-related activities, data collection, and other requirements leading up to property operations.
  • Take on a broad range of business and project assignments across the Property Management portfolio, working closely with different teams and developing practical exposure to building management, engineering, tenant services, administration, vendors, and property operations.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or another relevant Engineering or built-environment discipline; other related academic backgrounds may also be considered for candidates with a strong interest in Property Management.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, although candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship or working experience in property, construction, engineering, facilities, real estate, or building operations are also welcome.
  • Strong interest in developing a career within Property and Building Management, with curiosity to learn across building operations, engineering, tenant relations, facilities services, project setup, and the broader commercial real estate environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to be hands-on across different assignments, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities and the flexibility to support different properties, projects, teams, and business requirements as opportunities arise.
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, good working English, and the confidence to collaborate with property teams, tenants, vendors, contractors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
