Job Description Summary
C&W Services is seeking a hands-on Janitorial Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of janitorial services across a complex, multi-shift operation. Reporting to the Account Director, this role is responsible for frontline execution, supervisor and employee leadership, staffing coverage, cleaning quality, safety compliance, equipment and supply readiness, work-order completion, and periodic project work.

The successful candidate will be highly visible in the operation, comfortable working across shifts, and skilled at turning service standards and client priorities into clear daily direction. This position works closely with the client Property Manager and their support teams.
What You Will Do
· Lead daily janitorial operations across assigned buildings, shifts, and service areas.
· Coach supervisors and frontline employees and maintain effective staffing coverage.
· Manage inspections, service deficiencies, assigned KPIs/SLAs, and corrective actions.
· Promote a Safety-First culture and ensure training and safe-work requirements are followed.
· Coordinate equipment, supplies, inventory, work orders, periodic cleaning, and emergency response.
· Provide accurate operational reporting and escalate scope, cost, labour-relations, or contract issues to the Account Director.
What You Bring
· 4-5 years of progressive janitorial, custodial, environmental-services, or similar operations experience.
· Experience leading supervisors and a large frontline workforce in a multi-shift environment.
· Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, quality assurance, and project work.
· Sound safety knowledge, organizational ability, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Unionized-environment experience and post-secondary education in a related field are considered assets.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 72,250.00 - $85,000.00
