- ID 카드 센터 시설의 일상적인 운영을 지원하며, 모든 지역 규정 및 지침을 준수하도록 관리
- 카드 발급, 리스트 관리, 회수 등 처리, 접근 권한 관리
- ID 카드 및 출입 통제 시스템 관리.
- ID 카드 센터의 문서 및 데이터 관리, 보안 감사 지원.
- ID 카드 센터 장비 유지보수 조정.
- 보안 정책에 따른 출입 권한 정기 검토

- 시설 관리자와 협력하여 시설 관련 문제에 대한 업무를 수행
- 시설을 정기적으로 점검하고, 문제점이나 필요한 수리 사항을 보고
- 시설 운영 비용 관리를 지원
- 시설의 일상적인 운영을 지원하며, 모든 지역 규정 및 지침을 준수하도록 관리
- 시설 보안 및 안전 보건 업무 지원 (점검, 서류작업 등)
- 시설 팀원 부재시에 해당 업무를 지원 (리셉션 포함,강남/가산)
- 현지 업무 상황 및 지역 본부와 연계하여 추가업무 부여 가능
About you
- 원활한 의사소통 및 대인관계 능력, 시설 관리 경험
- 직원, 공급업체, 고객과 전문적이고 원활한 관계를 구축하고 유지할 수 있는 능력.
- 독립적으로 업무를 수행하고 여러 작업을 동시에 관리할 수 있는 능력.
- Microsoft Office 및 새로운 소프트웨어 활용 능력.
- 기본적인 영어 능력 : 문서 일기, 이메일 작성 등
