Job Description Summary
Build your career in commercial real estate valuation by supporting mortgage and commercial property valuation assignments across Vietnam. This role provides hands-on exposure to property inspections, market research, financial analysis, valuation reporting, and client engagement across a diverse range of real estate assets. Working alongside experienced valuation professionals, you will develop a strong understanding of the Vietnam property market while progressively taking ownership of valuation assignments and contributing to broader valuation and advisory projects.

About the Role:
- Undertake mortgage and commercial property valuation assignments independently or as part of a project team, supporting the valuation process from initial research and property inspection through analysis, reporting, and completion.
- Conduct property inspections and market research across Vietnam, gathering and analyzing transaction evidence, economic indicators, property information, and market trends to support accurate and well-informed valuation and advisory assignments.
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports and financial calculations, applying appropriate valuation methodologies and ensuring analysis, assumptions, supporting information, and documentation meet professional standards.
- Maintain and develop internal property transaction and market databases, monitoring Vietnam's real estate market and economic conditions to ensure relevant and up-to-date information is available for valuation and advisory purposes.
- Support client and business development activities, including preparing proposals and contracts, communicating with clients where required, and collaborating with colleagues across Valuation and other Cushman & Wakefield service lines.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; candidates from other relevant academic backgrounds should ideally have at least 1 year of practical valuation experience.
- Fresh graduates from a relevant valuation or real estate discipline, or candidates with approximately 1–2 years of experience in property valuation, appraisal, real estate research, or a related analytical role, are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of property valuation principles and methodologies, with strong analytical, numerical, research, and report-writing capabilities; exposure to mortgage or commercial property valuation is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the Vietnam property market, with the ability to research and interpret market conditions, transaction evidence, and property information; relevant professional qualifications or progress toward credentials such as RICS are advantageous.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, client orientation, and the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and collaborate effectively with different teams.
