We're looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Property Coordinator to join our Integrated Facilities Management team. This unique development opportunity will provide exposure across multiple service lines, allowing you to rotate through different areas of the business while learning from experienced professionals.
You'll gain hands-on experience across facilities management, property management, leasing, procurement, finance, sustainability and health & safety, building a strong foundation for a successful long-term career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Support various teams through structured rotational assignments
- Assist with data collection, validation, management and reporting
- Support administrative and operational activities across different business functions
- Prepare reports, presentations and communications as required
- Participate in meetings, workshops and project activities
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Support service delivery activities across multiple workstreams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

About You
- Your CV demonstrates your passion for the property industry
- Currently undertaking tertiary studies in property, real estate or facilities management
- Excellent problem solving capability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team environment
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working with data, systems and reporting
- Competent with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
