- Prepare, review, and validate Bills of Quantities (BQs) for maintenance, repair, and ad hoc works.
- Review contractor quotations and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify and reconcile outstanding Purchase Orders (POs) and associated records.
- Validate contractor invoices and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with operations teams, contractors, procurement, and finance to resolve commercial issues and documentation gaps.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, payments, and contract-related documentation.
- Support cost recovery, claims submission, and financial reporting activities.
