Job Description Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist, Investor Services helps execute a strategic marketing plan for the Americas Capital Markets business. This role will collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager IS and VP of Investor Services to develop and execute a robust creative marketing strategy that connects with our clients and prospects, drives revenue and increases brand awareness and exposure.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Partner and execute and measure results on an overall strategic marketing plan and individuals marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis
· Partner with the team and business leads to develop creative and impactful deliverables and experience and influences and raises awareness across our client groups:
o Use local/regional, and asset competitive, client, and market insights to inform business strategies and optimize impact of marketing spend
o In conjunction with the Strategic Marketing Leadership, develop both a proactive, strategic approach with business leadership, along with requisite reactive, tactical approach
o Develop, pitch, implement and execute creative campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness and exposure
· Partner with Marketing & Research’s Centers of Excellence in digital, communications, creative, and research to develop comprehensive content plans to drive engagement throughout the Investor life cycle
· Drive and execute creative direction across major IS events and campaigns
· Partner with other service line marcom leaders to share best practices, key insights, and competitive intelligence, and coordinate on overall talent management
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree Commercial Real Estate experience required
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Digital Marketing experience
- Design and creative experience
- Experience supporting all associated advertising, PR, events and business development activities in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise of Adobe Creative Suite
