Project Manager
Job Description Summary
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering real estate development and fit-out projects from planning through execution and handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior colleagues, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to further develop your project management expertise while working on a wide range of occupier, investor, and landlord projects across Sweden.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead real estate development, refurbishment, and fit-out projects throughout different project phases
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project scope, budget, programme, quality, and risk, escalating issues where appropriate
- Assist with procurement processes and consultant and contractor management in line with Swedish regulations and market practices
- Contribute to Technical Due Diligence (TDD) assignments, including identifying risks, opportunities, and cost implications
- Prepare project documentation, reports, schedules, and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and reliable project delivery
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the PDS team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Services
What You Bring:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Approximately 2-5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or project management in Sweden
- Understanding of the Swedish real estate and construction market
- Knowledge of building regulations and project delivery processes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within project teams
- Fluent Swedish and good English skills
