Job Description Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Consultant to join our Retail Agency team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, advising landlords and retailers, and managing retail real estate transactions from origination through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading retailers, landlords, investors and shopping centre owners, contributing directly to the growth and success of one of the market's leading real estate advisory firms.

Senior Consultant - Retail Agency:
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the retail real estate sector.
- Source, negotiate and formalize leasing and sales mandates representing landlords and/or occupiers.
- Advise landlords and retailers on retail property strategies, market trends and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments in the preparation of market research, consultancy projects and client reports.
- Contribute to the onboarding, coaching and development of junior team members when required.
- Actively market and commercialize leasing and sales instructions, regardless of whether they were originated personally or by other team members.
- Manage the entire transaction process from initial client engagement through to deal completion, including tenant/buyer sourcing, negotiations, selection processes, internal approvals, contractual coordination and technical follow-up.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, retailers, landlords, investors and industry stakeholders.
- Support invoicing activities and ensure the timely collection of fees in accordance with agreed contractual terms.
- Achieve individual and team business development, revenue and performance targets.
Knowledge & Experience
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail real estate leasing, agency, brokerage or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics, commercial leasing structures and property transactions.
- Established network within the retail, real estate or investment community is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail real estate, particularly within the Shopping Centre sector, will be highly valued.
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English; proficiency in Spanish will be considered an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems.
