Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Front of House Services

  • Manage visitor arrivals, access procedures, and building protocols efficiently and professionally.

  • Provide concierge-style services, including local recommendations, transport arrangements, and amenity bookings.

Occupier Engagement & Community Experience

  • Build strong relationships with occupiers, guests, contractors, and colleagues to create a welcoming and engaging environment.

  • Support activities and initiatives that promote wellbeing, community engagement, and use of the building's amenities.

  • Keep occupiers informed of building activities, updates, and works that may impact their experience.

Administration & Building Support

  • Monitor, action, and respond promptly to emails received through the site mailbox.

  • Maintain and submit monthly site reports as required.

  • Liaise with building contractors and support communication regarding works being undertaken within the property.

  • Handle telephone calls, correspondence, and occupier enquiries efficiently and professionally.

Operational Excellence

  • Adhere to all Cushman & Wakefield procedures relating to Health & Safety, Security, and Building Access Control.

  • Report any building, security, or health and safety concerns to the Building Manager promptly.

  • Support the wider building management team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience within a customer-facing, reception, hospitality, retail, or concierge environment.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and other workplace technologies.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to develop a career within a corporate setting.

Education & Qualifications

  • Strong command of spoken and written English.

  • GCSE-level education (or equivalent) preferred.

  • Qualifications in Hospitality, Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field would be advantageous but are not essential.

  • A commitment to learning, personal development, and maintaining high professional standards.

What We Offer

  • An excellent entry-level opportunity within a globally recognised real estate organisation.

  • Full one-to-one training and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.
