Job Description Summary

The role will be one of reception coverage where necessary daily, with a focus on staff and guest support, and Facilities Management support through auditing, inspections and administration tasks.

What you'll be doing

Concierge & Workplace Experience

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to employees, visitors, and guests.

  • Manage reception and front-of-house operations.

  • Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings, and workplace enquiries.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Support workplace events and employee engagement initiatives.

Facilities Support

  • Conduct workplace inspections and audits.

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.

  • Support contractors, suppliers, and building management teams.

  • Assist with workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.

  • Manage office supplies, amenities, and general workplace administration.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate workplace records and documentation.

  • Prepare reports and support operational processes.

  • Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion.

  • Assist the broader Facilities Management team with day-to-day activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in reception, facilities coordination, workplace experience, hospitality, customer service, or office administration.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience working within a corporate environment is highly regarded.
