About the Role:
- Oversee the facilities management, operations, maintenance, repair, and minor improvement works across the Site assigned.
- Manage and coordinate nominated contractors, subcontractors, and service providers appointed.
- Lead and supervise a team of contractors to ensure that the Site is maintained so as to meet the service standard.
- Oversee the security and fire safety of the Site.
- Respond to emergencies and lead the team to attend to the situation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on facilities-related projects, maintenance activities, and operational performance.
About you:
- Minimally Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 year of facilities management experience in facilities services
- Must be Fire Safety Management Certified.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management operations, building maintenance, and M&E systems.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and oversee maintenance and facilities management works.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
