Quality Engineer - QAQC
Job Description Summary
This role will be responsible for Quality control, QA QC activities management for civil and structural works under Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS and Cost Consultancy framework. The role involves preparing and validating civil quality control, monitoring projects, and ensuring Quality accuracy and compliance with project and contractual requirements. The candidate will coordinate closely with planning, site, and design teams to align physical progress with financial reporting. Additionally, the role supports value engineering, variation analysis, and documentation to maintain cost efficiency, transparency, and control across all project stages

About the Role:
- Review and Implement QA/QC plans for all construction management
- Review material submittals, conduct factory inspections, and ensure site installation quality.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, and integrated system performance for compliance and redundancy.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, NCRs, and audit reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure quality standards and uptime readiness.
About You:
- Should have 6+ years in Industrial projects and overall experience of 10+ years
- Diploma/ B E in Civil
- Should have completed end to end process of at least 1 Industrial projects.
