Job Description Summary
Lead acts as the senior onsite operational authority, accountable for day-to-day data centre operations, facilities management, security/EHS, asset management, network support, and server delivery coordination across the site. This role ensures all engineering and operational activities meet company standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements, executing with a safety-first, hands-on leadership approach to protect uptime and prevent downtime.

About the Role:
- Lead 24x7 onsite data center operations across technical, facilities management, security, asset, network, and server delivery workstreams to ensure continuous availability of critical infrastructure
- Act as the primary onsite operational escalation point, overseeing incident, problem, and change management while ensuring strict adherence to internal procedures, technical standards, and uptime requirements
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with Data Centre Providers and vendors, including review of MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, maintenance schedules, and change requests
- Oversee account performance, client coordination, compliance, audits, KPI tracking, and regular operational reporting across the site
- Manage onsite teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective shift coverage, on-call readiness, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across operational performance
- Support network and server delivery operations by coordinating with supply chain, cabling vendors, NOC, telecom providers, and technical teams to ensure timely execution and escalation management
About You:
- 6+ years of experience in mission-critical or data center operations, with strong exposure to facilities management, operational leadership, incident response, and uptime-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems, with familiarity in DCIM, BMS, CMMS, and other operational monitoring platforms
- Proven experience leading incident response, operational risk management, root cause reviews, and continuous service improvement in a 24x7 environment
- Strong leadership capability, with experience managing engineers, technicians, vendors, or senior operational teams across multiple workstreams
- Structured, safety-first, and execution-focused approach, with familiarity in industry-standard frameworks such as PTW, LOTO, RA, EOP, SOP, and PPM
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related field, with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across internal teams and external partners
