We are looking for a professional who will take full responsibility for the management of a commercial property — from budget and operations, through tenant relations, to team leadership and support for the property’s commercialization.

Scope of the role
- operational and budget management of the property
- oversight of the building’s technical condition and the quality of external services
- cooperation with tenants, the client, the leasing team, and business partners
- control of documentation, reporting, and cost monitoring
- participation in marketing activities and local market analysis
- management of the property administration team
We are looking for someone who
- has experience in commercial property management
- is confident in budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- can combine operational, business, and relationship perspectives
- works independently, responsibly, and with strong attention to quality
