About the Role
Working as part of a small, supportive team, you’ll be the engine room of the loading dock operations. This is a dynamic environment with up to 100+ incoming items per day and a wide variety of deliveries — from small parcels to large pallet loads for events, samples, and department stock.
You’ll coordinate deliveries, support contractors, help manage safe vehicular movements, and ensure consistent service to the onsite teams. No two days are the same, and your contribution genuinely keeps the site moving.
This position reports to the Senior Facilities Manager and forms part of a broader facilities and operational team with strong leadership support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating all inbound and outbound deliveries through the loading dock
Managing parcels, pallets, and movement of stock throughout the day
Providing outstanding customer service to onsite teams and external partners
Liaising with contractors and support teams as required
Ensuring safe access and egress around the loading dock area
Manual handling as required in a busy, hands-on environment
Administrative support related to loading dock operations
About You
We’re looking for people who are:
Reliable, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure
Customer-service focused with strong communication skills
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously
Able to safely perform manual handling tasks, including handling heavy and bulky items
Experience in logistics or delivery coordination is advantageous
Great work ethic and pride in doing a good job
