Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Creative Design Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality design solutions that support business development initiatives across the region. Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders, you will help bring the C&W brand to life through impactful visual storytelling, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every project.
Job Description
About the Role:
Create designs using C&W templates, authorized software, and hardware under the guidance of the Team Leader or designated colleague.
Develop graphics for both print and digital media, ensuring high-quality visual output.
Adhere strictly to C&W brand guidelines, referencing approved templates and precedents across global regions (APAC, Americas, EMEA).
Execute assigned tasks efficiently to support the team’s workflow and project pipeline.
About You:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media, or equivalent, with 3–5 years of professional design experience (brand/corporate and bids/tendering design preferred).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Ceros, print production, and digital/animation production is an advantage.
Design Expertise: Strong eye for design, typography, and illustration; ability to balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines.
