Job Description Summary

The Transition & Transformation Coordinator, Singapore is responsible to assist in managing assigned projects through the mobilisation, transition (both in and out) and/or transformation phases starting as early as the initial request for proposal/ design and development stages, and extending through to service implementation, commissioning and evolution to steady state operations. For transformation activity, the assignee will support mid-cycle review, change management and service improvement programs aimed at transforming the underlying services. For Transition out the assignee will support the Transition & Transformation Lead, Singapore in the smooth handover of services ensuring the reputation and relationship with the client (both internal & external) remains. The coordinator assists the Transition & Transformation Lead, working under the Head of Business Development & Commercial Management, Singapore. The assigned transition projects will typically be newly secured medium to large scale integrated facilities management assignments for a given customer or group of customers. The typical term of an assignment will be 3 months and up to six (6) months including a ~90 day active mobilisation period plus shoulder pre-mobilisation/ transition/planning and stabilization periods following. Transformation projects will typically occur during the operational stages of a given assignment and will focus on change management, service improvement and/or delivery of specific outcomes or achievements (such as delivering a specific targeted outcome or fundamentally improving the business process. The duration of transformation projects will vary. Mobilisation activities will take precedence.

Key Responsibilities

The Transition & Transformation Coordinator will be responsible for conducting themselves in a reliable, consistent, business professional and result orientated fashion. The key responsibilities of this role are to:

· Assist in responding to RFPs related to transition and transformation services;

· Assist in the preparation, design, develop, program management of transition and transformation protocols, processes and outcomes, and;

· Assist in the preparation of detailed project plans and programs which can be used to manage and benchmark Transition and Transformation activities down to individual task and activity level and to manage performance against these plans once approved / ratified for execution, and;

· Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies;

· Assist with the delivery of the transition and transformation activities;

· Manage personal inputs, priorities and outputs as needed to meet deadlines and delivery dates per agreed schedule and program, and;

· Constantly deliver high quality, accurate

About the Role:

Consistently demonstrate teamwork and experience as a workplace and facilities management subject matter expert, and;

Manage relationships with both internal and external customers, clients, prospects, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders in a constantly professional and result orientated fashion, and;

Undertake other related duties and responsibilities as may from time to time be negotiated and assigned by the manager, and;

Continuously represent yourself and Cushman & Wakefield, both internally and externally, as a qualified, capable and experienced real estate, workplace and facilities management services provider.

About You:

  • Diploma/ NITEC in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, workplace transformation, project coordination, transition management, or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support project delivery within timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven individual with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
