Job Description Summary
Lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services for a leading multinational organization in Thailand. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across assigned workplace locations, overseeing facilities operations, workplace services, vendor performance, financial management, and client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company and client standards.

About the Role:
Lead the day-to-day facilities operations including engineering, maintenance, workplace services, security, cleaning, and office support activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery across assigned workplace locations.
Manage service providers, contracts, purchase orders, budgets, and operational reporting while driving cost optimization, service improvements, and operational excellence.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, and vendors by proactively resolving operational issues and ensuring a positive workplace experience for employees and visitors.
Oversee facilities compliance, workplace health & safety, emergency preparedness, preventive maintenance, and operational audits in accordance with company policies and client requirements.
Lead, coach, and support the onsite facilities team while contributing to workplace initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and operational support across additional client locations as required.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Workplace Services, Corporate Real Estate, or Property Management within multinational environments.
Strong experience managing facilities operations, vendor performance, budgets, contracts, and workplace services in a corporate environment.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using CMMS, CAFM, or work order management systems is an advantage.
