About the Role:
Support the PMC team in mechanical quantity verification, contractor billing validation, progress monitoring, and coordination of mechanical works for an industrial project. Ensure accurate measurement certification, compliance with project specifications, and timely execution support during all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify contractor measurements, running bills, and final bills for mechanical works.
- Validate quantities executed at site against approved BOQs, drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor execution progress of mechanical systems including piping, equipment installation, structural/mechanical supports, utilities, and associated works.
- Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, and contractors for measurement reconciliation and billing approvals.
- Track material consumption, installation status, and work progress against project schedules.
- Review mechanical shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, and technical submittals from billing and execution perspectives.
- Conduct site inspections to verify actual work completion prior to bill certification.
- Support variation analysis, extra item evaluation, and preparation of quantity reconciliation statements.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, DPRs, and project documentation.
- Identify discrepancies in quantities, site execution, or contractor claims and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
- Assist the PMC Project Manager in cost monitoring and progress reporting related to mechanical works.

About You:
- Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, piping, utility networks, and equipment installation practices.
- Experience in quantity surveying, contractor billing, rate analysis, and BOQ verification for industrial projects.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, isometrics, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, site measurement practices, and billing documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and cross-functional PMC teams.
