Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the Company's IT operations, cybersecurity, governance, and digital initiatives while ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization.

About the Job:

  • Develop, review, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and oversee the Company's IT infrastructure, systems, software licenses, and service contracts, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
  • Drive cybersecurity initiatives, including security awareness programmes, cyber risk management, and implementation of best practices to safeguard organizational assets.
  • Ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements and act as a key advisor on data protection matters across the organization.
  • Manage IT service delivery, resolve escalated IT issues, and oversee third-party vendors to ensure service levels and contractual obligations are met.
  • Lead IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and process automation efforts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT risk management strategies.
  • Oversee IT budgeting, procurement, contract management, and evaluation of technology solutions and services.
  • Provide management reporting, data analytics, and technology insights to support operational and business decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while fostering a strong culture of service excellence, data security, and continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

About You:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant IT experience
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, systems administration, IT governance, PDPA compliance, and vendor management.
  • Proven experience managing IT projects, budgets, service providers, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
