③ 투자자를 위한 정보 및 수익성 검토 작업
- 부동산 개발 사업을 위한 투자자문업무
① 개발사업 대행 및 프로젝트 관리
② 프로젝트 파이낸싱 및 투자 관련 금융자문
③ 사업타당성 검토
- 해외 실물 부동산 또는 펀드 투자처 소개
[담당 업무]
- 투자제안서(IM) 및 기타 마케팅 자료(TM 등) 작성 지원
- 국내외 부동산 투자자 대상 카드뉴스, 아티클 등 콘텐츠 작성
- 자료 리서치 및 데이터 정리(비교사례, 시장동향 등)
- 기타 제반 업무
[자격요건]
- 대학교 재학생 및 졸업자
- MS Office 활용 능력 (PPT 上 필수)
- 부동산 및 투자 관련 관심 보유자
[우대사항]
- 영어능통자
- 부동산 관련 인턴십 및 학회 경험자
- 과거 지원자가 직접 기획 및 작성한 PPT 자료 1건(주제 무관) 제출
