Job Description – Property Manager
- Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the property.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all facility services, including soft and hard services.
- Monitor and achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage housekeeping, security, technical services, landscaping, and pest control operations.
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of all building systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
- Manage vendor performance, contracts, and service quality.
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets and control costs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity.
- Maintain asset records, AMCs, and facility documentation.
- Prepare monthly operational reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure timely resolution of client complaints and service requests.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the onsite facility team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Support audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate fit-out, renovation, and minor project works as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
