About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management services across a significant client portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering strong client relationships and driving commercial performance. You'll take ownership of contract outcomes, operational excellence and team leadership while identifying opportunities to enhance client value and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of all contractual obligations, KPIs and service outcomes

  • Develop and implement service delivery strategies aligned to client requirements

  • Manage the delivery of trade services through internal teams and subcontractor networks

  • Drive continuous improvement and identify cost-saving opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence

  • Oversee the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements

  • Manage contract variations, pricing negotiations and service enhancements

  • Lead financial performance including revenue growth, budgeting, profitability and EBIT targets

  • Monitor and manage aged debt and work-in-progress performance

  • Champion safety, compliance and risk management across all operations

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing facilities management team

  • Ensure quality outcomes through effective contractor and supplier management

About You

  • Minimum 7 years' experience within facilities management

  • Strong technical background with trade, engineering or property qualifications

  • Proven experience managing large-scale facilities management contracts and service delivery teams

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, revenue and profitability

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver outstanding customer outcomes

  • Strong leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams

  • Experience managing subcontractors and complex stakeholder environments

  • Knowledge of HSSE legislation and compliance requirements

  • Strong report writing, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Experience with Excel, JDEdwards or similar financial systems is highly regarded
