Job Description

What You’ll Do

As a Research & Reporting Analyst, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop insights and strategies that optimize real estate performance. Your day-to-day will involve market research, market rent and utilization benchmarking, and creating compelling presentations for senior leaders and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibilities will include analytical support, with exposure through participation in global calls with senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients.

  • Create impactful PowerPoint presentations and reports for senior leadership and clients

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to inform strategy

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions

  • Analyze data from multiple sources to build insightful recommendations

  • Develop and assess complex corporate real estate strategies using financial, operational, and organizational data

  • Build business cases, scenario models, and conduct sensitivity analyses

  • Assist with portfolio strategy, location analysis, and workplace optimization projects

  • Support development of white papers and industry research

  • Attend client meetings and assist with presenting insights and recommendations

  • Maintain accurate project updates and documentation

  • Contribute actively to a high-performing, collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA)

  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Excellent Excel skills (modeling experience a plus)

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and data storytelling

  • Experience with Power BI and Alteryx is a plus

  • Attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach

  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work across multiple projects

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
