About the role
- 호스피탈리티 시설 설계, 인테리어 기획 또는 도면 검토 관련 업무 경험 우대
- 호스피탈리티 운영을 전제로 한 공간 기획 및 구성안 수립 지원
- 호스피탈리티 자산의 상세 설계 도면 및 사이트 플랜 검토
- 호스피탈리티 개발, 컨설팅, 분석 등 관련 분야 경험 및 업계에 대한 높은 이해도 또는 전환 가능한 역량 보유
- 컨설팅 보고서 및 다양한 제안서·산출물 작성 지원
About you
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word 활용 능력 상
- 호스피탈리티 관련 경험 5년 이상
- 고객 및 내부 이해관계자와 효과적으로 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 역량
- 비즈니스 문서 작성이 가능한 수준의 영어 능력 보유, 외국어 능력 우대
About the role
- Experience in hospitality design, interior planning, or drawing review is preferred.
- Contribute to functional space planning assuming hospitality operations from other
- Review detailed design layouts and site plans for hospitality asset
- Experience in hospitality development, consulting, or analysis, with strong industry knowledge or relevant transferable skills.
- Support consulting reports and preparing various consulting deliverables
About you
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong command of business English, including the ability to draft professional documents; proficiency in additional foreign languages is a plus
