About the Role:
Lead Workplace Services and Facilities Management operations across a complex APAC portfolio, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with client expectations across multiple countries.
Act as the senior point of contact for key stakeholders, building trusted relationships, driving client satisfaction, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and account value.
Manage, coach, and develop regional workplace and facilities teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, employee experience, and continuous improvement.
Oversee operational performance, vendor management, budgeting, reporting, and utilization of workplace technologies and FM platforms to drive data-led decision making and cost optimization.
Partner closely with Workplace, HR, IT, Procurement, and other business functions to deliver strategic workplace initiatives, operational projects, and regional growth objectives.
About You:
Proven experience leading Workplace Services, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Integrated Facilities Management, or Workplace Experience functions across regional or multi-site portfolios.
Strong people leadership experience with a track record of developing managers and leading geographically dispersed teams while driving accountability and service excellence.
Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and managing complex relationships within large corporate environments.
Commercially minded with experience managing operational budgets, vendor contracts, service performance metrics, and translating operational data into actionable business insights.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multinational environment with the ability to balance strategic thinking, operational execution, and regional travel requirements.
