Key Responsibilities Operations • Ensure that all the service deliveries are carried out as per the terms and conditions agreed upon with the client. • Manage the deployment to ensure service deliveries. • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between clients, Occupiers and company • Resolving occupiers’ issues and complaints • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs • Anticipating key account changes and improvements • Managing communications between key clients, occupiers and internal teams • Strategic planning to improve client results/deliverables • Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance • Monitoring and controlling of client’s budget • Working with other departments to ensure the service deliveries and all occupiers needs are met • Collaborating with other functions in minimizing the operational expenses • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training • Meeting all client/occupiers needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines • Analysing data to enhance customer/occupier relationship management • Expanding relationships and bringing in new opportunities • Consistently maintain service standards
