Assistant Facilities Manager
Job Description Summary
The Assistant Facilities Manager will Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of Facility Management (FM) services at the client’s location. Support business requirements in alignment with the Scope of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

About the Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Facilities Management (FM)-related matters, ensuring efficient delivery of workplace services.
- Coordinate with business units, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor facility operations, including maintenance, inspections, permits, and PPM schedules, to ensure service quality and minimal downtime.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, validate vendor invoices, and support procurement and inventory planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, support reporting (including monthly reports), and step in for the Facility Manager when required.
About You:
- Demonstrated leadership and strong analytical capabilities in Facilities Management operations.
- Expertise in maintenance strategy development, preventive maintenance, and asset management.
- Experienced in contract management, vendor oversight, and procurement practices.
- Skilled in workforce planning, project execution, and coordinating teams and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, QA systems, KPI tracking, and compliance through audits and SOP implementation.
