Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health and Safety Manager to lead health, safety and environmental management across a complex, high-profile precinct portfolio.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee HSE management across operational service streams and live precinct environments.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, safety frameworks and governance requirements.
Manage risk assessments, safe systems of work, incident investigations and corrective actions.
Support contractor safety management, compliance and assurance activities.
Work closely with Facilities Management, Event Operations and operational teams to embed safe practices.
Monitor HSE performance, reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver safety training, toolbox talks and stakeholder guidance across the portfolio.
About You
Experience in HSE management within facilities management, construction, precinct operations or live operational environments.
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, risk management and safety systems.
Experience managing contractor safety and compliance processes.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, public-facing environments.
Tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline preferred.
