Job Description Summary
o Performs general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including; carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, minor electrical, finish work, painting, custodial, HVAC, etc. o With direction from a supervisor, prioritize work orders, handle urgent requests, respond to tenant and client calls as required, and complete any and all assigned preventative maintenance work and procedures o Expected to support the various trade personnel at a facility or complex in the performance and completion of their duties as needed and assigned o Helps to ensure all building and maintenance policies, procedures, SOP’s, codes, regulations, etc. are followed and enforced including safety systems and standards

o High School diploma or GED
o Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance, caretaking, mechanical, electrical, and/or equipment and building repairs
o Mechanical aptitude is necessary; good math skills preferred
o Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
o Must possess a high level of accuracy and neatness
o Must be physically capable of performing the duties of the position including bending, squatting, stretching and lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. On occasion, may be required to lift items weighing 50 to 100 pounds
o Must be able to read and follow written manuals and SOP’s

o While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to travel from floor to floor and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions
o The employee may also be regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time; regularly use hands to operate office machinery including, but not limited to, telephones, computers, fax, and photocopy machines
o Regularly required to walk, talk, and hear

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $24.56 - $28.89
