Senior / Regional Maintenance Manager (Industrial Operations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance teams supporting conveyors, robotics, and automated production systems.

  • Drive uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

  • Analyze performance data (uptime, downtime, failure trends) to reduce equipment losses and cost.

  • Oversee maintenance projects, upgrades, and capital improvements.

  • Develop and lead teams, ensuring accountability for safety, KPIs, and execution.

  • Standardize processes and implement best practices across operations.

  • Partner with operations to align maintenance with throughput and production goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or industrial maintenance.

  • 5–7+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution maintenance leadership.

  • Strong experience with automated systems, conveyors, and mechanical/electrical equipment.

  • Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, production-critical environment.

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 129,200.00 - $152,000.00
