Job Description Summary

The Project Engineer – Fitout will be responsible for executing interior fitout works for real estate projects, ensuring quality delivery within timelines and budget. The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end execution of interior fitout works (civil, MEP, finishes).
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications.
  • Handle BOQ verification, material approvals, and site measurements.
  • Track project costs and support billing and vendor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in real estate fitout/interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of interior works, MEP coordination, and finishing.
  • Experience in commercial/residential fitout projects preferred.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
