Job Description Summary

Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) implementation across construction and fit-out projects, with a strong focus on site inspections, contractor compliance, and safety enforcement. This role combines hands-on site exposure and EHS reporting, ensuring projects are delivered in line with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

About the Role:

  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with EHS standards across construction and fit-out projects.

  • Monitor contractor activities on-site and enforce safety practices, including identifying unsafe conditions and taking appropriate action.

  • Lead or support incident investigations, including near-miss reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking.

  • Ensure safety documentation (JSA, permits, method statements) is complete, accurate, and properly implemented on-site.

  • Support EHS reporting, compliance tracking, and coordination with internal and regional stakeholders.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Min. 2–5 years of experience in EHS, construction safety, or site-based roles; K3 Umum / AK3 certification is an advantage.

  • Experience conducting site inspections, audits, or working directly with contractors is highly preferred.

  • Confident, assertive, and able to communicate effectively with contractors and site teams.

  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English with the ability to coordinate across multiple project teams and regional teams.
