Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our high-performing National Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets team in Melbourne. This is a rare opportunity to work on major industrial transactions within one of Australia’s fastest-growing commercial real estate sectors. You will contribute to high-profile sale campaigns, support capital processes and work alongside market-leading professionals across brokerage, research, valuations and marketing. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering the analytical rigour, market intelligence and strategic insights that underpin successful transactions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead detailed financial modelling including DCF, sensitivity analysis and investment underwriting

  • Prepare high-quality marketing and investor materials (IMs, pitch decks, teasers and campaign collateral)

  • Analyze market trends, comparable evidence and asset data to inform pricing and positioning strategy

  • Manage due diligence processes, data rooms and investor information requests

  • Maintain integrity of property, transaction and investor databases

  • Support client engagement through tailored presentations and market insights

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless campaign execution

About You

  • Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business or similar

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate, investment banking or institutional investing

  • Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling capability (commercial property focus)

  • Experience using Forbury (or similar property cashflow modelling platforms) highly regarded

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset

  • Exposure to valuations or industrial property highly regarded
