Job Description

JUNIOR ANALYST

About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Strategic Foresight & Intelligence team and help turn signals, data, and research into clear insights that shape strategic conversations. You will support the development of trend narratives, point-of-view materials, and evidence-based recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients in CRE. If you enjoy making sense of complexity, connecting dots across sources, and communicating insights in a crisp, compelling way, this role is for you.

Most importantly, we are not looking for a long CV. We are looking to be convinced by how you think. You may meet all of the requirements below, some of them, or none. You may have six years of experience, or you may have just finished high school. What matters is your perspective: how do you make sense of change, how do you separate noise from signal, and how do you turn observations into a clear point of view?

In your application, tell us why we should bet on you. Share what excites you, what worries you, and where you see opportunity - with a clear focus on innovation, technology, and emerging shifts that could shape business and society. Bring a creative, future-facing mindset, and back it up with a few examples, signals, or stories that have shaped how you see the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic foresight projects in APAC & EMEA regions by structuring research questions, gathering evidence, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.

  • Analyze and triangulate information from multiple sources (reports, academic research, market signals, expert interviews, surveys, internal data) to identify patterns, implications, and opportunities.

  • Translate research into clear strategic narratives, frameworks, and presentations for senior stakeholders (storylines, “so what” insights, implications, recommendations).

  • Contribute to trend mapping, topic deep dives, and scenario thinking outputs (drivers, uncertainties, impact/likelihood, early indicators).

  • Build and maintain simple analytical tools and trackers (issue logs, insight libraries, evidence tables, dashboards if relevant).

  • Partner with cross-functional colleagues to align outputs with campaign objectives, client needs, and workshop formats.

  • Ensure quality and credibility of outputs through strong sourcing, consistent definitions, and clear documentation of assumptions.

Our Requirements:

  • We value potential and clarity of thinking over years of experience - show us how you approach problems, how you learn, and how you form a point of view.

  • Some experience is helpful (internships, university projects, student societies) in research, analytics, consulting, strategy, intelligence, or related areas - or a demonstrable portfolio of analytical work.

  • Strong analytical thinking - ability to structure ambiguous problems, spot patterns, and articulate implications.

  • Solid writing and presentation skills - able to communicate complex ideas simply and convincingly.

  • Confidence working with information under uncertainty (you can make assumptions, explain them, and update when new evidence appears).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel are essential); familiarity with basic data tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python) is a plus. If you don't know them, that's OK too. We'll teach you. But you must be motivated to learn them.

  • Curiosity for technology, innovation, and societal change - you actively follow trends and enjoy learning.

  • Languages: fluent English; Polish & other languages will be a plus.

What we offer:

An interesting role in an international, market-leading organization specializing in real estate advisory, brokerage, and property management

  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development

  • A clear development path

  • High level of autonomy and trust

  • Participation in exciting global and local projects

  • Stable employment based on an employment contract

  • A comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Cushwake Cares Program – yoga classes, mindfulness sessions, and wellbeing workshops with experts

  • Worksmile Platform – a benefits cafeteria, competitive challenges, and thematic group

  • Multisport card, private medical care and group life insurance

  • Benefits under the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS)

  • Thematic Passion Clubs for employees
