We are inviting applications for our Apprenticeship Program within the Project Development Services (PDS) team. This program offers fresh graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on industry exposure, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop practical skills in project development and execution within the commercial real estate sector.

Job Description – Junior Project Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation)

  • Assist the Project Manager/Lead Engineer in the execution and coordination of electrical and instrumentation works at project sites.
  • Support supervision of HT/LT electrical systems, power distribution, cabling, lighting, earthing, electrical equipment and related installations, as applicable.
  • Assist in instrumentation works including field instruments, control panels, instrument cabling, cable trays, junction boxes and associated systems.
  • Coordinate with electrical/instrumentation contractors and vendors for site execution, inspections, material deliveries and work-front availability.
  • Assist in reviewing electrical and instrumentation drawings, SLDs, layouts, cable schedules, hook-up drawings and shop drawings.
  • Support inspection, testing and commissioning activities and assist in maintaining inspection records and test reports.
  • Monitor daily progress and assist in preparation of DPRs, progress reports, checklists and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical and other disciplines to resolve interface and site coordination issues.
  • Assist in monitoring quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
  • Support closure of punch points and ensure proper documentation of completed works.
