Cushman & Wakefield are seeking an Investment Surveyor to join our Capital Markets team in Dublin. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property professional to work across a broad range of investment transactions and asset management mandates throughout Ireland. The successful candidate will support the sourcing, analysis, and execution of commercial property deals while contributing to the development and performance of client assets nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of sales, acquisitions, and negotiations across a range of commercial investment transactions.
  • Assist in providing consultancy advice to institutional investors, family offices, and financial institutions.
  • Produce financial models, including cashflow forecasts, IRR calculations, and NPV analyses, with appropriate supervision.
  • Contribute to the preparation of strategic asset reports and support the delivery of asset management strategies.
  • Respond proactively to evolving client needs, adapting approaches within a fast‑moving market environment.
  • Track and analyse activity among key active investors, maintaining up-to-date market knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with other Cushman & Wakefield departments to support insight into market trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in delivering agency duties required to service a diverse portfolio of investment sales instructions.

Experience:

  • 1–3+ years’ experience in Capital Markets, Investment Agency, Real Estate Finance, or Commercial Valuation with exposure to investment.
  • Experience supporting commercial investment transactions is desirable.
  • Foundational financial modelling skills and an ability to interpret market data.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience contributing to client-facing materials.
  • Knowledge of Dublin office, retail, and logistics markets and investor activity is beneficial.
  • Exposure to Argus Enterprise and ESG considerations is an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • SCSI/RICS accredited or actively working toward chartership.
  • Relevant property, real estate, finance, or business degree.
  • PSRA licence (Category B) advantageous—support available if required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with market data platforms beneficial.
