The Associate Director - Residential Leasing will be responsible for driving business growth, leading strategic client engagements, managing high-value leasing transactions, and overseeing a team of leasing professionals. The role involves developing and executing business strategies, expanding market share, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional client outcomes while ensuring operational excellence across the residential leasing business.
Job Description
Generate potential leads for business development and revenue generation.
Build relationships with corporates, embassies, service apartment operators & HNI’s and interact with clients to market the project and to build relationships. Coordinate with clients and assist with lease of residential properties.
Network for residential lease transactions, other business lines and annuity businesses for leads generation.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between landlords and tenants over property rentals and settlement details, and during the closing of transactions.
Conduct analysis of property rentals, compare properties recently leased to determine competitive market price.
Conduct site surveys and engage with the online web portals for listing services to generate leads.
Under supervision manage clients (Individual/Corporate/Embassies) from enquiry to closure.
Including advising developers and assist in creating marketing collaterals like mailers, brochures,
mock ups and any other digital or print media content for leasing of developer assets.
Prepare lease agreements, Non-Disclosure agreements, Fee agreements or any other relevant documents. Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out.
Manage transactions, documentations and MIS. Manage tracker and reports on leads, client visits, closures etc along with other required information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development, prefeably in professional services firms
Bachelor’s degree preferred or any similar combination of education and experience.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
Financial Knowledge:
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
