Job Description Summary
The Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Representation: Act as the primary representative client on all aspects of assigned engagements, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Liaison Role: Bridge communication and workflow between the company's departments, third-party partners, and clients for seamless service integration.
- Project Delivery: Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion and delivery of projects, meeting client expectations and requirements.
- Cross-Business Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Project & Development Services leadership team to foster cross-business collaboration, focusing on the best interests of clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Professionalism and Integrity: Uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity, aiming for win-win solutions while considering the interests of Cushman & Wakefield, stakeholders, and the broader community.
METRICS
- Extensive experience in leading projects within, Mission Critical, and Advanced Technologies Sectors.
- Proven track record in managing complex commercial Real Estate projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to act as a liaison across various departments and external partners.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and innovative problem-solving
- Demonstrates subject matter expertise in the development and completion aforementioned project types.
- Acts as the trusted business advisor and strategic partner by the clients both internally and externally.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering disciplines. Advanced degrees are desirable.
- 5 to 10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience in the aforementioned fields.
- 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience with related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or quality assurance.
- Proven track record with delivering complex commercial Real Estate and Design/Construction projects. Projects include Ground Up and Build-To-Suit projects, re-positioning projects, renovations and repurposing projects, and other complex development projects.
- Experience with providing advanced projects controls solutions, including P3/Primavera and Cost and Budget Estimating solutions.
- Knowledge and application of a disciplined Project Management process (Six Sigma desirable).
- Demonstrated experience managing projects varying in size including strategic planning, demolition, new Construction and interior fit out, and/or Project controls solutions.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 148,750.00 - $175,000.00
