Commercial- Rotational & RICS or SCSI Chartership
Working in commercial real estate involves a variety of tasks, such as finding and leasing space, advising on real estate investments, valuing properties and portfolios, developing workplace strategies, designing and delivering projects, and managing properties. This work covers all types of commercial real estate, including offices, shopping centres, distribution warehouses, student accommodation, build-to-rent residential, and more.


Through our Commercial Property Pathway, you will assist in delivering a broad range of projects for our clients, with no limits on what you can get involved in. We are committed to providing you with the experience needed to obtain your APC qualification. During the two-year programme, you will typically complete three rotations across various teams, which may include Valuations, Leasing, Investment, Capital Markets, and Occupier Services.
Project Management- Non rotational & RICS or SCSI Chartership 
Project Managers monitor, strategize and lead the delivery of construction projects across time, cost and quality parameters. The Cushman & Wakefield Project Management team operate across a variety of sectors, including commercial occupier markets, investor clients and specialist markets such as residential, leisure and hospitality. The role of the Project Manager is to lead the project from inception through to completion, managing the project team assembly, design development and coordination, contractor procurement and construction delivery across a range of new build, refurbishment and fit out schemes.

During your time on the Project Management Graduate Pathway, you will be given experience across all lifecycle stages of the project and will be put in both client facing and project administrative roles. This is a non-rotational pathway, meaning you will remain in the same division for the length of the graduate programme. The graduate programme will provide the tools and support required to sit your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become an RICS accredited Project Manager. 
Quantity SurveyingNon rotational & RICS Chartership (UK only)
A career in Quantity Surveying can be incredibly varied and rewarding; no two days will be the same. Quantity Surveyors manage all aspects of a construction projects finance; from assessing the financial impact and profitability of a construction projects, right through to ensuring a project is delivered within budget. When you become a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll become an expert in the art of costing a construction project. Not only that, but you’ll also ensure that each project meets legal and quality standards. By helping to deliver a scheme from inception to completion, you will become a key pillar in the successful delivery of a project.
Building SurveyingNon rotational & RICS or SCSI Chartership
Building Surveyors are responsible for assessing the quality of buildings. They look for ways in which buildings can be improved. Specifically, they advise on options for repair, maintenance, or restoration. Building Surveyors will be involved in the development of new buildings, and existing buildings. On the graduate programme you will experience everything from schedules of condition and dilapidations to contract administration and building surveys. 

This non-rotational programme ensures you stay within the Building Surveying division, allowing you to build deep expertise in your field.
Building EngineeringNon rotational orking in Building Engineering Services you will get to assist in the design, management and supervision of projects co-ordinating with other engineering disciplines. Carry out detailed design in accordance with industry guides. Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programme.
SustainabilityNon rotational 
As part of the Sustainability team, you will advise clients at the corporate level on their ESG strategies, focusing on enhancing the sustainability performance of large portfolios and individual assets. Your role will involve making buildings more sustainable, healthier, and more productive, while also improving their social impacts. You will be at the forefront of the transition to sustainable buildings, helping to reduce clients' environmental impact throughout the property lifecycle.

This is a non-rotational pathway, so you will remain within the Sustainability division for the duration of the graduate programme. However, you will collaborate closely with various teams across the business over the course of the two-year programme.
LivingRotational & RICS or SCSI Chartership
The living sector has transformed due to shifting demographics, modernized living arrangements, and evolving workplace dynamics. In this pathway, you will collaborate with both internal and external Cushman & Wakefield teams, and interact with a diverse range of clients. This experience will broaden your understanding of various living projects. Throughout your time in this role, we will focus on developing your skills in key areas such as valuation, purchase & sale, development appraisals, financial analysis, and conducting inspections and measurements. Over the course of the two-year programme, you will complete several rotations, gaining extensive knowledge across different business areas and acquiring the necessary competencies for your APC.
Valuation & Advisory- Rotational & RICS or SCSI Chartership
This is a chance to become a true expert in commercial real estate valuation.  Our market leading Valuation & Advisory department doesn’t aim to be the biggest in the industry, but in what we do, we aim to be the best.  We are involved in some of the most high profile real estate clients and buildings across Central London and the wider UK.  This pathway will see you remain in valuation for the majority of your training, working in either our retail, Central London, industrial, niche or fund valuation team or in one of our regional offices.  As a valuer, you will learn to understand an element of most aspects of commercial real estate, as all valuers need to have a view on capital markets, leasing and development.  Valuation gives you the best grounding in real estate at the start of your career.

Although this is a non-rotational training programme, you will still have the opportunity to do a placement of up to 3 months in another Cushman & Wakefield service line, to ensure you have the right experience to obtain your APC qualification and to give you broader exposure to the business.
