One of these initiatives is partnering with SG Enable in their mission to enhance employment and employability options for persons with disabilities.  We were first acquainted with SG Enable in 2018 in our work with the Ministry of Social & Family Development, where we manage their facilities including the Enabling Village with SG Enable is located. Since then, we have partnered with SG Enable in several activities including hosting Disabilitiy Awareness talks, participation at their career fairs, job shadowing exercise and hosting an event where we invited our clients to share their commitment to D&I. Our goal is to actively engage with SG Enable and partner together to identify meaningful employment opportunities in Cushman & Wakefield. 
The Women’s Integrated Network (WIN) was formed to accelerate the advancement of women working at our firm. The group’s mission is to develop and support the talents of our women team members, and have meaningful impact on the firm’s performance. WIN Singapore consist of all female employees as well as male allies and supporters. WIN continues to expand across the Asia Pacific region with new chapters launching reguarly.

CORENET (COnstruction and Real Estate NETwork)
CORENET is a major IT initiative led by the Ministry of National Development and driven by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in collaboration with other public and private organisations.  Its objective is to re-engineer the business processes of the construction industry to achieve a quantum leap in turnaround time, productivity and quality. 


Founded in 1980, IFMA is the world’s largest and most widely recognized international association for facility management professionals, supporting 24,000 members in more than 100 countries.  Since February 2018, the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) has been tasked to spearhead efforts to transform the facilities management (FM) sector under the Real Estate Industry Transformation Map (RE-ITM). In support of BCA’s efforts to uplift the FM sector, Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) has recently amended its constitution to take in corporate memberships. This allows SIFMA to better represent and serve the industry by amassing more support and awareness for industry development efforts to represent and truly be the voice of the FM industry in Singapore.

Recently C&W Services (S) Pte Ltd attained the Certified Facilities Management Company 
(Goldᴾᴵᵘˢ), the highest tier of FM Accredidation under the Facilities Management Companies (FMC) Accreditation Scheme. This scheme aims to recognise, raise professionalism, and improve the competencies of FMC, with a focus on those providing facilities management services.

In the tripartite system,  SNEF is the body representing employers, and is dedicated to advance tripartism and enhance labour market flexibility to enable employers to implement responsible employment practices.
