Leadership Commitment AMERICAS DIVERSITY & INCLUSION COUNCIL In 2017, Cushman & Wakefield established the Diversity and Inclusion Council (D&I Council). This council is sponsored by Shawn Mobley, Chief Executive Americas, and is comprised of representatives from across the Americas. Through this council, Cushman & Wakefield will develop and promote education and awareness of diversity and inclusion strategies. The D&I Council also serves as a forum for sharing best practices and ensuring consistent use of metrics across the region.
Employee Resource Groups CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD FUTURE LEADERS (CWFL) Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL) was created to foster the future leadership talent at our firm.
