About the Role
Source and analyze real estate acquisition and disposition opportunities
Provide tailored solutions and proposals based on client requirements
Conduct investment analysis and prepare marketing materials including teasers, proposals, and information memorandums (IMs)
Manage end-to-end marketing processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and other related tasks
Build and maintain strong client relationships and professional networks
About You
Minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, including advisory/consulting, asset management firms, securities companies, architectural firms, or construction companies
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in leading and managing projects
Excellent teamwork and leadership capabilities, with a proactive and driven personality
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed real estate agent (Korea Certified Realtor or equivalent)
Strong command of English, both written and spoken, at a business level
Hands-on experience in direct or indirect real estate acquisitions/dispositions, real estate funds or REITs structuring, or investor relations and sales

- 팀워크 및 리더십 능력, 적극적인 성격 선호
우대 사항
- 공인중개사 자격증 우대
- 우수한 영어구사 능력 (비즈니스 영어, 구술 및 작문)
- 국내 부동산 직/간접 매입 또는 매각, 부동산 펀드 또는 리츠 설정, 투자자 영업등 관련 경험 우대
